Job Description

A recruitment and outsourcing company based in Ikoyi seeks to recruit a smart and intelligent candidate to fill the role of HR Officer.

• Contact and schedule candidates for interviews
• Onboarding of new employees’
• Document letter of offer to candidates
• Manage employees’ welfare and other related issues
• Liaise with training houses/initiating appropriate courses
• Manage payroll administration
• Verify staff academic, employment, NYSC and character references
• Ensure proper office documentation of files and maintenance of employees’ records
• Prepare clients’ billings
• Perform other duties as assigned

• First degree from a reputable university in Nigeria
• Professional certification in HR is an added advantage
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role
